DALLAS, TX (May 4, 2020) – We are proud to announce that Keith Heath, partner at Griffith Davison, has added Tennessee to the growing list of states where he is licensed to practice law. As Griffith Davison continues to grow and expand our Commercial Construction practice throughout Texas and beyond, Keith’s ability to serve an expanded geography will surely be a great benefit to the firm and to our clients.
Keith has 20 years of in-house and outside counsel experience providing transactional, litigation, and claims services across multiple jurisdictions focusing on the areas of construction and surety law with a present focus on the negotiation, drafting and review of various forms of public and private commercial construction contracts. Keith is now licensed to practice law in state of Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee. Griffith Davison has attorneys licensed to practice in Texas, New York, California, Tennessee, Kentucky and Michigan.
