Tatianna Brannen is a construction litigation attorney based in Dallas. Her practice focuses on representing owners, general contractors, and specialty trade partners in construction litigation, complex commercial disputes, and arbitration proceedings.

Tatianna has experience managing matters from inception through trial and arbitration, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, appellate briefing, and post-trial motions. She has represented clients in disputes involving a variety of legal issues, including breach of contract, fraud, construction defects and delays, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference,  shareholder disputes, and insurance coverage claims.
