Overview
Max is a civil litigator in Griffith Davison’s Austin office, where he represents clients in a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, lien and bond disputes, construction, real estate, and insurance matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Known for thorough case preparation, detail-oriented advocacy, and proactive client communication, Max is committed to providing practical, responsive, and effective legal support.
Born and raised in Austin, Max has practiced in both Austin and Midland, Texas. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2023. During law school, he served as a legal extern to the general counsel of a mid-sized renewable energy company, gaining valuable in-house legal experience. Before joining Griffith Davison, Max practiced as a litigation associate at a full-service law firm in Midland and at an Austin firm focused on insurance litigation.
Max is a member of the Austin Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico.
Outside the office, Max enjoys reading, traveling, running around Lady Bird Lake, and spending time with friends and family.
