Martin Gaines

Overview

Martin Gaines primarily practices Corporate and Real Estate Transactions at Griffith Davison. He enjoys working with clients to anticipate, identify potential issues, and devise creative, practical solutions to assist clients in achieving their objectives. Before joining Griffith Davison, Mr. Gaines practiced commercial litigation and corporate law at a boutique firm in Dallas. His professional background also includes significant experience in the commercial real estate sector throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He has represented Miller Interests at Henry S. Miller, worked with his family’s commercial brokerage, and founded and operated an entrepreneurial real estate brokerage and property development company. Mr. Gaines holds a Juris Doctor from the Dedman School of Law and an MBA from the Cox School of Business, both at Southern Methodist University. He also received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi. In addition, he is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of the State Bar of Texas. Outside of work, Martin enjoys golfing, reading, and traveling with his wife, Lacy, and their young son, Conner.
