Overview

Erin Fry is an experienced attorney and mediator with a strong background in litigation. Her primary area of focus within the firm is representing commercial construction and real estate clients in connection with disputes, including litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Erin has practiced law for over fifteen years and is known for her client-centric focus, and her ability to efficiently handle client matters. She has appeared in both State and Federal courts throughout the country; and has handled all aspects of litigation including discovery, expert depositions, motions, negotiations, mediations, settlements, trials and appeals.

Her extensive background and experience as a strong litigator have positioned Erin well to assist contractors and owners/developers with matters arising from complex construction and development issues.

Erin is licensed to practice law in Texas, Michigan and California, making her ideally suited to assist clients with matters in multiple states.
